Our farm and bakery is located between Oxford, North Carolina and the Virginia border. We grow our own blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, grapes, tomatoes, herbs, fruits, and vegetables that goes into our products. All of our products are vegetarian, but not vegan, as our crusts are made with butter and cream cheese instead of lard, and we bake our products instead of frying them.
We use King Arthur flour since it is higher in protein, and milling specifications are up to 10 times stricter than national brands. In addition, King Arthur flour uses no chemicals, including bleaches, chlorine dioxide, or bromates. We also do not use additives or preservatives. All of our products are baked fresh.
